Where do you ship?

At the moment, Orlion Studio offers shipping in Europe, Switzerland and USA. If you want to place an order but do not find any shipping option for your country, please contact me and we will try to find a solution!
How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs include postage, packing and handling fees.I always try to keep expenses as affordable as possible. After adding the items to your shopping cart, the store will give an approximate amount of shipping costs for your order. At check-out the amount will appear in its entirety.
From where do you ship?

At the moment im shipping my products by myself from Germany.
How long will it take to for my order to arrive?

I aim to ship in-stock items within 1-5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped – delivery times are: Germany: 1-3 Business days EU: 3-7 Business days Switzerland: 4-7 Business days USA: 10-15 Business days
Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and online Bank Transfer (Klarna).
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

I am so sorry that this has happened! Although I handle each order with great care so that it arrives perfectly, I cannot guarantee that the carrier will do the same. If the package of the order is visibly damaged, I ask you to send me a photo of the order and its contents. Contact me by email and we will see how to resolve the situation.
Can I make a return?

I am very sorry that your order is not to your liking! Please contact me so we can solve it in the best way. You can make a return up to 14 days after ordering and your value will be refunded as soon as it is received back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Who's behind Orlion Studio?

I'm Vanessa Thiel, the creative force behind Orlion Studio. As a freelance digital designer based in Dresden, Germany, I specialize in illustration, branding, and 2D motion design. Now I'm also selling my artworks in my online shop here.

What about wholesale?

Yes, I do offer wholesale! My products are available for retail shops, and I’d be happy to discuss wholesale opportunities with you. Feel free to reach out for more details!
Do you make all the items yourself?

Yes I design and illustrate all products by myself. I let them print in Germany. My 3D printed products are produced by a friend in Barcelona. He helps me with the process Check him out: Croco.Lab
Do you accept orders for custom designs and products?
